Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Everze Publisher at https://app.aipeiban.vip (the "Service"), operated by EVERZE (HONG KONG) GLOBAL TRADE LIMITED ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service lets you connect your own TikTok account with TikTok Login Kit, upload a video, choose post settings offered by TikTok for your account, review a preview, and then publish the video to TikTok or send it to your TikTok inbox as a draft. Nothing is sent to TikTok until you confirm.

2. Your account and eligibility

• You must be old enough to use TikTok in your country and be authorized to use each TikTok account you connect.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through the accounts you connect to the Service.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos and captions you submit. You grant us a limited permission to store and transmit them only as needed to deliver them to TikTok at your request.
• You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to everything you post, and that your content complies with the TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, TikTok's Branded Content Policy.
• When content promotes a brand, product or service, you are responsible for disclosing it using the content-disclosure settings.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to spam, to access accounts you are not authorized to use, or to interfere with the Service or TikTok.

5. TikTok

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. Posting options, limits and the availability of features are determined by TikTok and may change. TikTok may review, restrict or remove content under its own policies.

6. Disconnecting and termination

You can disconnect an account at any time from the dashboard, which revokes our access and deletes its data from the Service. We may suspend access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content removed or restricted by TikTok.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
